LED’s Light Up Tampa’s Skyline

Tampa, Florida. The programmable LED display on top of the Sun Trust building in downtown Tampa can be seen for miles. Having lights on top of the building is nothing new. Four foot long fluorescent light adorned the buildings roof line for years. Now, 322 LED lights reflecting off of white panels is saving $24 dollars a day in electricity and many hours in maintenance costs. I like how this story points out both the big savings in electricity and how much you can save in maintenance costs with LED lights. Shadow-Caster underwater LED dock lights can do the same thing for your budget. Over there lifetime, they will save you hundreds of dollars on electricity and maintenance costs.
